After graduating from the Geneva Hotel School and working for 3 years in a private bank, Thomas Rohrbasser wanted to realise a long-held dream. Joining forces with a lawyer colleague, he founded his own company, ThomasevenT, an event and placement agency, in 2017.
Passionate about this domain, and knowing it perfectly because he himself has experienced the "backstage", he has worked in the past as a waiter but also as an event manager in prestigious hotels.
Today, he is always taking on new challenges by expanding his professional scope and his internal and external team. Thomas Rohrbasser advocates authenticity, elegance and above all locality for his agency. His main objective today is to be close to his clients by offering a communicative and trusting collaboration.
IT. Manager
Alexandre completed a Bachelor's degree in Oxford, England, as a Sound Engineer. Afterwards, he continued his studies by specialising in digital technology and IT.
With his attention to detail and strong technical skills, his creativity and passion for content creation have helped us deliver exceptional events that exceed our clients' expectations and for our team as well since 2018.
Marketing / Resources Manager
Constance completed a Bachelor's degree at Crea in digital marketing and communication. After completing her second internship with the agency, she is now the marketing and resources manager.
Constance is in charge of the interviews and the management of the profiles of the agents we propose. In addition, she is in charge of all marketing and digital aspects of ThomasevenT.
Sales Manager
Elias, a recent graduate of the Thunon School of Public Relations and Event Management. He has been working for ThomasevenT since 2018.
He started as a waiter and head waiter in addition to his studies. Thanks to his motivation and dynamism, he completed an internship in 2022 within the agency and now manages the sales and prospecting part of the company.
